Shipping Policy
Hot Springs in a Bag orders are carefully packed and shipped from British Columbia, Canada. I do my best to prepare and ship orders promptly while keeping shipping as simple and affordable as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days. From time to time, shipping may take a little longer while I am away exploring and documenting British Columbia’s hot springs. When an expedition is expected to affect shipping times, a notice will be posted on the website with the anticipated date that regular shipping will resume.
Shipping Within Canada
Smaller orders may qualify for affordable Canada Post Lettermail shipping, which does not include tracking. Tracked shipping options are also available at checkout. Free Canada Post Expedited shipping is available on qualifying orders of $60 or more.
Tracking
Canada Post Lettermail does not include tracking. If you would like to track your order, please select one of the tracked shipping options available at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times provided by Canada Post are estimates only and are separate from the order processing time listed above.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please contact me at info@hsinab.com. For tracked shipments, I can help review the available tracking information. Because Canada Post Lettermail does not include tracking, its location cannot be determined while it is in transit.
Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, I may not be able to change or correct the delivery address.
Expedition & Travel Shipping
From time to time, I may be away exploring British Columbia’s hot and warm springs. During these periods, order processing may take longer than usual. When possible, orders will still be prepared and shipped while I am travelling. If an expedition is expected to cause longer delays, a notice will be posted on the website with the anticipated date that regular shipping will resume.
